Shipping Policy & Delivery

1. Shipping policy

  • With HANDDN, all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse located in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is within 3-5 business days, but for bespoke watch straps, it may take 3-7 business days. During peak season, there may be delays of 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders.
  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing important information such as your order number, summary, total cost, and shipping address. Your package will be shipped directly to your door, office or any desired location, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse.
  • We use DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or Singapore Post to ship all international orders from Vietnam. These carriers usually deliver within a week, and in some cases, faster than domestic delivery. To make express shipping more affordable for our customers, we subsidize a portion of the shipping cost and don’t charge extra for additional products. The shipping cost depends on the value of your order, and we are not responsible for any customs or taxes that may be imposed on the order. If a customer wants to return their order due to customs or taxes, they will have to pay any additional shipping costs that may arise.
  • Please note, we only deliver to residential and business addresses, and cannot ship to PO Box addresses, APO, or FPO addresses. If the issue of shipping is due to a wrong address provided by Handdn, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.

Please pay this fee. Normally, the carrier will pay the fee on your behalf at Customs and they will contact you to pay this fee. We will declare a low value when sending the goods to you.

Yes, log into your account through the online store, and check the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information and you can find your tracking number, click on them to move to the DHL page.

Yes, as soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation message, you will then be able to track your order through the tracking link.
