Modification / Cancellation

  • HANDDN accepts the request to amend the order after 24 hours of receiving it or is allowed to cancel with a satisfactory reason within 24 hours from the time of closing the order (as soon as possible contact us WhatsApp: +84 359711094 / Email: [email protected]).
  • Order adjustment conditions: you can customize the error when ordering or replace the parameters you want within 36 hours from the time of placing the order.
  • Conditions for order cancellation: Please let HANDDN know the appropriate reason ( force majeure, special …) within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
  • If the strap has already been manufactured and has not been shipped yet but you still wish to cancel the order, a restocking fee of 20% (Not applicable to orders of customized, bespoke or personalized watch straps) will be charged.
  • To edit/cancel an order, please contact HANDDN directly.
