If you have not received notification that we have dispatched your purchase, please use the contact page as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation.
If you got a shipping notice, you must go through the returns process after you get your order.
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. order #) or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.
Term of exchange: 30 day from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error when receiving the goods.
Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
