Design and Details of the Timex x Fortnite MK1
Case
The collection features six watches based on three existing Timex models. The most understated is the Timex x Fortnite MK1, which comes in a black aluminum case measuring 40mm wide and 12mm thick. The all-black dial lacks hour numerals, which have been replaced by Kevin the Cube Glyphs that glow purple with Indiglo at night—a neat feature. This watch is paired with a double-layered fabric strap and contains a quartz movement.
Next, there are three more playful watches from the Urban Pop collection. These watches also measure 40mm wide and 12mm thick and are made from eco-ceramic, a familiar material created from a mix of bio-based resin derived from castor plants and ceramic powder, similar to the Swatch Bioceramic. The collection offers three colorways: a yellow watch with a Peely skin theme featuring a face on the yellow dial, a magenta watch themed after Cuddle Team Leader with a matching dial, and a cyan watch inspired by Victory Royale with a cyan dial. All come with a color-matched textured bio-based resin strap embossed with the Fortnite logo.
Lastly, two watches are based on the Q Timex LCA digital watch. These measure 35mm wide and 10mm thick, with cases made of yellow or black translucent resin that matches the strap. The LCD display remains unchanged but is customized with the Fortnite Victory Crown and Supply Llama.
