Recently, Omega has launched exciting watches, including the no-date Seamaster Diver 300M duo, a green and bronze version of the same watch, and the impressive Speedmaster Pilot. Yet, one more quiet release has emerged: a Seamaster Aqua Terra Gradient Turquoise 150m Shades collection, available in 41mm and 38mm sizes.
The Design And Details of Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Gradient Turquoise
This collection differs slightly from the standard Aqua Terra line. Seamaster Aqua Terra Gradient Turquoise features a polished case, a different bracelet, and smooth, untextured dials finished in a sunray pattern with vibrant colors. Both sizes feature dials transitioning from turquoise at the center to black at the edges. The triangular applied markers, logo, and hands are coated in dark grey PVD, and there is a date window at the 6 o’clock position with a matching dark grey date disc. Both models maintain the same water resistance of 150 meters and have the same rounded link bracelet.
While they share a similar appearance, the technical specifications vary. The larger 41mm model has a stainless steel case that is 13.3mm thick and has a lug-to-lug measurement of 47.9mm. It houses the calibre 8900 movement, which features a co-axial escapement that is a Master Chronometer, METAS certified, with two barrels providing a 60-hour power reserve. The smaller 38mm version measures 12.4mm in thickness and has a lug-to-lug measurement of 44.9mm. Seamaster Aqua Terra Gradient Turquoise contains the calibre 8800 movement, which also carries METAS certification and features a co-axial escapement, but with a single barrel and a 55-hour power reserve.
The new Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150m Gradient Turquoise will soon be available for €7,300 for either size. More details can be found on the Omega website.
